Returns & Exchanges

At Apollo Scooters, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not, you can return your scooter in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that returned items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Pack Your Scooter

  Carefully place the scooter back into its original box with all chargers and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection.
